is Professor and Dean in National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. He did his B.E. and M.E. from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology Patiala. Served for few years in the same institute and then joined Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra presently known as NIT, Kurukshetra. He did his Ph.D from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra with specialization in Production and Industrial Engineering. He has already written three books in this field. He has 33 years of experience out of which 30 years in teaching and research. He has presented and published many research papers in national international conferences and journals, and has guided nine Ph.D research scholars (seven have obtained their Ph.D degrees and two are about to receive them). Presently six other candidates are working with him for their Ph.D degrees.
