Account Assistant

Profile: Must be conversant with the financial compliance/reporting standards and have an aptitude for generating reports for managerial decision making. Experience in payroll accounting, royalties accounting and working closely with internal auditors will be a definite plus. Strong and punctuality in book keeping and preparing trial balances on-the-go would be key assets. Should have exposure in Tally ERP.

Requirement: An Accounts Assistant will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:

  • Reconciling finance accounts
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Credit control
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Cash allocation
  • Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
  • Reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates
  • MIS and budgeting reports
  • TDS Reports
  • Service Tax reports
  • Filling online TDS and Service tax
  • Payrolls
  • Dr. & Cr. Monthly reports            
  • GST Calculation/ Upload of Reports
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet with CA
  • Assist Audit Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Yearly
