I.K. International Publishing House Pvt. Ltd will take stringent measures to ensure that Books once sold will not be taken back. However, there is a remote possibility that the books have:

| Wrong book(s) are delivered to you. |
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the Book(s) if the buyer notifies us within the 24 hours of receipt of the order. No refund will be provided.
To get a replacement, email us ( info@ikinternational.com ) with your Order Number and the reason. Only after receiving our confirmation for the replacement, you will send the Book(s) to us. We shall not be responsible for any Book replacement without our confirmation.
There are no extra shipping charges for the replacement of Book(s).
